We work with business owners, real estate investors, and private capital groups nationwide to deploy capital into cash-flowing assets — including real estate, mortgage notes, private credit, and alternative investments.

We are now hiring a Director of Acquisitions & Alternative Investments to lead our investment strategy, deal sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio execution.

The Director of Acquisitions & Alternative Investments will oversee the firm’s investment initiatives, including:

• Real estate acquisitions
• Private credit placements
• Mortgage note investing
• Special situations & opportunistic assets
• Capital deployment strategy
• Portfolio optimization

This role is for an experienced professional who understands deal flow, underwriting, risk analysis, and investor returns — and wants to help build an institutional-grade investment platform inside a fast-scaling firm.

• Source and evaluate alternative investment opportunities nationwide
• Identify off-market real estate, private debt, and structured deals
• Build broker, wholesaler, lender, and sponsor relationships
• Analyze market conditions and emerging asset classes

• Lead financial modeling and risk analysis
• Perform underwriting on acquisitions and investment opportunities
• Evaluate return profiles, tax implications, and downside protection
• Coordinate legal, accounting, and compliance due diligence

• Work with leadership to deploy investor capital effectively
• Structure investments for maximum tax efficiency
• Assist in fund and SPV structuring
• Prepare investment memorandums and reporting
• Oversee capital stack design and waterfall structures

• Manage investment analysts and acquisition staff as team grows
• Create investment guidelines and internal controls
• Build standard underwriting models and investment SOPs
• Collaborate with tax and legal teams on deal structuring

• 5+ years in investments, acquisitions, private equity, or real estate finance
• Experience underwriting deals over $1M+
• Strong financial modeling and return analysis skills
• Transaction experience in real estate or private investments
• Ability to manage complex deal structures
• Comfortable leading investor conversations
• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Background in private equity, hedge fund, or family office
• Experience in mortgage notes, syndications, or private credit
• Knowledge of tax-efficient investment structuring
• MBA, CFA, or similar credential (a plus, not required)
• Fund management, SPV design, or investor reporting experience

💼 Base Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
