We provide high-level tax strategy, accounting, corporate structuring, wealth management planning, and business consulting typically reserved for Big 4 clients — but delivered with the personalized, hands-on service entrepreneurs deserve.

Our clients range from small-business owners and real estate investors to multi-entity entrepreneurs and rapidly scaling companies. We are expanding and looking for a motivated Tax Accountant who wants to grow with us.

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our advisory and accounting team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing individual and business returns, understands strategic tax planning, and enjoys working closely with business owners to help them build wealth, reduce tax burden, and grow confidently.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Tax Preparation & Planning

• Prepare and review 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, Schedule C, Schedule E, and multi-state returns
• Conduct strategic tax planning to reduce tax liabilities
• Manage quarterly estimated taxes for clients
• Optimize business entity structures for tax efficiency

Client Advisory

• Provide personalized guidance to small-business owners, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs
• Help clients transition from employee to employer and onward to investors
• Educate clients on deductions, credits, and long-term tax strategies
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication

Accounting & Compliance

• Assist with bookkeeping review, financial statements, and year-end closings
• Maintain compliance with IRS regulations
• Support IRS notice responses and audit support

Special Projects (Growth Opportunity)

• Real estate investor tax planning
• Multi-entity structuring
• Corporate formation guidance
• Private credit / investment tax considerations

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 2+ years preparing individual and business tax returns
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws
• Experience with ProConnect, QBO, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple accounts
• CPA or EA preferred (but not required — we will help the right candidate earn it)

💰 Compensation

Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 (depending on experience)

Bonuses: Performance-based quarterly bonuses

Raises: Annual compensation review
