We’re expanding our Wealth Management & Advisory Division and are seeking a Financial Advisor who is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, investors, and families to build long-term wealth using modern tax strategies and proven investment frameworks.

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Advisor who can deliver strategic financial planning, investment guidance, retirement optimization, and wealth-building solutions to our growing client base of business owners, independent professionals, and real-estate investors.

You will play a key role in helping clients structure their finances to minimize taxes, protect their assets, and grow their wealth through diversified investment strategies—including real estate, private credit, mortgage notes, LLC structuring, and tax-advantaged vehicles.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized financial plans to help clients transition from employee to employer and onward to investor
• Provide investment guidance across traditional, alternative, and tax-efficient asset classes
• Advise clients on retirement planning (IRA, Solo 401(k), SEP), entity structuring, passive income strategies, and long-term financial goals
• Work with internal tax, accounting, and corporate structuring teams to deliver integrated financial strategies
• Conduct discovery calls, analyze client financials, and identify planning opportunities
• Review client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on risk tolerance and market conditions
• Assist with wealth-transfer planning, risk management, portfolio allocation, and compliance needs
• Present financial concepts in simple, practical terms that clients can act on
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to fiduciary and regulatory standards
• Participate in marketing initiatives, webinars, and educational events to represent Corporate Citizens LLC

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, CFP candidate, planner, or similar
• Strong understanding of tax strategy, LLC structuring, S-Corp/partnership planning, and investment vehicles
• Experience with high-net-worth and business-owner clients a major plus
• Outstanding communication skills and client relationship management
• Comfort with both traditional investments and modern passive-income strategies
• CFP, Series 65/66, or similar preferred (Corporate Citizens LLC will support licensing for the right candidate)

💰 Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)

Bonus Structure: Quarterly performance bonuses

Profit Sharing: Available after 12 months

Commission Opportunities: When applicable for advisory services
