We work with entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and high-growth business owners to structure deals, minimize taxes, and build long-term wealth using strategies typically reserved for large corporations.

We are expanding our real estate division and are looking for an ambitious Real Estate Agent who wants more than “just selling homes.” This role is for someone who wants to become part of a larger financial ecosystem — where real estate, tax strategy, and investing all work together.

As a Real Estate Agent at Corporate Citizens LLC, you will work directly with:

• Real estate investors
• Business owners
• First-time buyers looking to transition into investment property ownershi 
• Clients pursuing cash-flow strategies and portfolio growth

You will be supported by in-house accounting, entity structuring, and financial advisory teams — giving you an advantage that most brokerages simply cannot offer.

• Source, list, and negotiate residential and investment real estate transactions
• Guide clients through purchase, sale, and investment property decisions
• Identify off-market opportunities and value-add properties
• Collaborate with Corporate Citizens advisors on:
  • Investment structuring
  • Cash-flow projections
  • Exit strategies
• Build and maintain your own client pipeline with marketing and firm support
• Educate clients on:
  • Rental strategies
  • ROI analysis
  • Market trends
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up systems
• Participate in team meetings, training, and growth initiatives

• Valid Real Estate License (NY preferred, others considered)
• Sales, real estate, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Organized, goal-oriented, and professional presentation
• Comfortable discussing finances and investment strategy
• Motivated to earn on performance (commission-based culture)
